Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across our stack to ship meaningful features, refactor core systems, and shape the technical foundation of our product. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about quality, and enjoys turning complexity into simplicity.

We're also embracing the future of development—AI-assisted tools like Cursor, GPT-based coding assistants, and natural language workflows are becoming part of how we work. What You’ll Do

• Ship full-stack features: Build and deploy end-to-end features across our Rails + React stack.

• Leverage modern tools: Use AI-assisted development environments (like Cursor) and prompt-based workflows to reduce boilerplate and move faster.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with design and product to define scope, priorities, and the best UX for our users.

• Maintain quality: Write tests, improve coverage, and use AI-assisted QA or testing tools to catch bugs early.

• Contribute to architecture: Help shape the future of our platform as we scale to more users and more use cases.

• Improve systems: Refactor legacy code, enhance performance, and raise the bar for code quality and scalability.

• Experiment and share: Try new tools and workflows. Share what works with the team and help us stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React (or similar frameworks)

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and background job systems

• You’ve built and shipped production systems end-to-end

• You’re pragmatic, self-directed, and comfortable in a high-autonomy environment

• You’re leveraging AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, and MCP to improve your workflow

• Bonus: Interest in trading, investing, or financial markets

• Bonus: Experience integrating AI into your development, testing, or review processes
